The City of Victoria Falls’ “Pay & Win” Promotion is gaining momentum, with residents lining up to settle their bills and deposit receipts into the promotion’s blue entry boxes.
Launched on 2 April 2026, the promotion rewards residents who keep their accounts up to date, with prizes up for grabs through to 31 December 2026.
“People are responding,” said Town Clerk Ronnie Dube. “They’re clearing arrears and asking about payment plans.”
Residents with zero-balance accounts are automatically entered into all prize draws, including the Grand Draw scheduled for January 2027.
Residents in High-Density areas can qualify for entry by paying at least US$100 or 30 percent of their outstanding balance, whichever is greater. Residents in Low- and Medium-Density areas qualify by paying at least US$200 or 30 percent of their outstanding balance, whichever is greater.
