Insiswa, meaning “the secret,” is a captivating local drama from Hwange, scripted and produced by Blaqstone Studios, led by Godwin Ndlovu.
The series premiered its first episode on July 26, 2025, featuring dialogues in Nambya and Tonga languages, complete with English subtitles. It was scripted by Godwin Ndlovu and Liness Mobe.
This inaugural episode weaves together the compelling stories of two main female characters. The first, Shanty (played by Princess Sibanda), is a schoolgirl grappling with the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy while dealing with a boyfriend who refuses to accept or support her. The second character, Madue, is a married woman entangled in an affair.
